What we work on
Which luggage problems can be fixed?
These are the common ones. If yours is not here, send a photo anyway.
Broken or worn wheels
A cracked, worn-flat or missing wheel is replaced with one that fits your case. Spinner (four-wheel) and two-wheel cases both come in.
Telescopic handle
A pull-out handle that sticks, will not lock in place or will not go back down. Sometimes it is the button, sometimes the tube.
Carry handles and straps
Top and side carry handles that have snapped or torn out, and straps on soft cases and travel bags.
Zips and zip pulls
A missing zip pull, or a slider that no longer closes the zip. A worn zip track may need a new zip.
Latches
Broken latches and catches on hard cases.
Locks and shell cracks
Combination and TSA locks, and cracks or splits in hard shells: send a photo, because not every lock or crack can be repaired well.

Questions
What should I know before I bring my suitcase?
Should I repair or replace my suitcase?
If the shell and frame are sound, replacing a wheel, handle or zip usually costs much less than a new suitcase. If the shell is badly cracked or the frame is bent, a new case may make more sense. The photo helps you decide before you bring it in.
What photos should I send on WhatsApp?
One close photo of the broken part, one of the whole case, and the brand if you know it. For wheels, a photo from underneath helps us see the fitting.
Can it be ready before my flight?
It depends on the repair and the part. Ask for the waiting time when you send your photo. Tell us your flight date when you send the photo.
Do you also repair travel bags and backpacks?
