What we work on
Which keys, cards and remotes can be copied?
Bring the original and most everyday keys can be copied. A few need a photo first so we can check the blank or the card type.
House, room and padlock keys
Standard flat keys for doors, grilles, letterboxes and padlocks. Bring the original key, not a copy of a copy, so the new key fits well.
Dimple and laser-cut keys
Keys with dimples or a wavy groove instead of teeth. Send a photo of both sides so we can check the blank before you come.
Access cards
Condo, office and car park cards. Send a photo of the front and say where it is used: some encrypted cards cannot be copied, and we tell you before you come in.
Autogate remotes
Copies of the remote for your house or condo autogate. Bring a working remote.
Car keys and remotes

What do people ask about key copying?
Do I need to bring the original key?
Yes, please bring the original. A key copied from a worn copy carries the wear forward and may not turn smoothly.
Why can some access cards not be copied?
Some condos and offices use encrypted cards. Send a photo of the card and tell us the building, and we tell you whether it can be copied before you make the trip.
My copied key is stiff. What should I do?
Bring the key and the original back to the counter so we can check the cut.
Do you also repair shoes and bags?
Yes. The same counter does shoe, bag and belt repair and luggage repair.
